Can I use the health insurance?

Yes. Most of our treatments can be covered by health insurance. If you forget to bring the insurance certificate, you are charged for all the treatment cost but will be refund the difference amount when you bring the certificate later.

Do I have to make a reservation?

We are on the appointment system (via phone, email, web) so that our patients do not have to wait so long. Please call us first if you need to visit us immediately. Please be forewarned that the consulting order may be changed if we have a patient who needs a preferential response.

My conditions suddenly worsened during my work.
Can I visit your clinic?

​A.

We have many patients working in GINZA and come to our clinic during their work. We are open until 20:00 pm on weekday and on Saturday, too. Please call us if you feel bad during the work.

Can I request that a woman staff would support me for the examinations?

​A.

We provide special care for women patients. We have women clinical laboratory technologist or nurse and they will assist your examinations. Also, we offer a disposable gown. Please ask us if you need to change clothes for the X-ray or electrocardiogram examinations.

The clinic in Ginza seems to charge more…

​A.

No. Our medical care is basically covered by health insurance. We do not charge more than other medical institutions. Please feel free to visit us.

Can I get consulting in English?

​A.

Yes. We can offer the consultation in English. Please ask us if necessary.
